Ability to keep Personal most used on top

Right now there 30+ tools, only way to filter is popular tool from the whole user base,, but every user has their own, different most used tools, that always needed , if you can add a feature to sort or drag and drop tools to the top in a personal used case and keep it saved on top... it saves more time... thats way we do not have to go through all the tools,, and that might save server used too... hope got my point here.. Please vote this..

This is something must need, as tool set grow fast.. adding more and more writinbg tools..we need a way to organize most used on top... OR since you already have filter, add personalized filter feature! so we can filter what we most need...
